Traditional Home Design
Builder: 5 Bedroom Home : New Construction : Traditional/Transitional
Designed entire interior, including space planning, furniture selections and décor, with installation (organizing, managing and setting everything in place).
I met with the client to discuss the concept I designed for them after doing a walk-through of their space. This was a model home in a new development for a national builder (in the Triangle area). That means the selections needed to highlight the features of the home’s construction, and the style or aesthetic needed to be very neutral in order to appeal to a variety of potential buyers. (I’m not sure I need to explain the design here, but I will if you need it.)
The client was very pleased with the outcome of the final product. I was told many of the buyers were asking for the designer, and much of the furniture was sold with the home when the builder sold the model.
